Speak to Scout Harding when you arrive in the Exalted Plains to begin this quest. Starting NPC: Scout Harding Requirements: None Reward: +128 XP, +80 Influence Quest Objective: He believes it may have something to do with the group Freemen of the Dales. They are rising from somewhere within the trenches. Undead Ramparts to the West Description: Corporal Rosselin reports undead holding the Western Ramparts. Once all three camps have been established the quest is complete. The blocked camp that you can't yet access requires you to undertake the Gain Access to Ghilan'nain's Grove mission via the Skyhold war room table (part of the Ghilan'nain's Grove side quest) to clear the stone that blocks your path. The first camp is established as soon as you get to the Exalted Plains, so you receive no reward for it. There are three camps in the Exalted Plains, however you only have access to two of the camps when you first enter the area.
